Silas is also the type that is always in a good mood and is in charge of a lot of the behind-the-scenes activities for the company. He sits with his dangerous weapon in hand and is tasked with maintaining our Green Fleet, cleaning and repairing all of our specialized industrial equipment, and keeping track of all the chemicals and cleaning supplies. It is his primary duty to make sure our technicians have everything they need to respond promptly to the next job. Dawn is our official SERVPRO administrative assistant and brings her cheerful attitude to the office each day. When she does not have her hands full with flowers, she is working hard to assist office staff and customers with a smile on her face. Kaitlyn comes into work every day with a big smile on her face and is always prepared to jump right in and help out when needed. Her happy demeanor and willingness to do whatever it takes, helps us complete our goal by offering the best customer service in the industry.
